100K Ride
Start Time: 7:00 AM — 8:00 AM
NEW ROUTE POSTED WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 22 at 8:00 PM!!! Course Description: This is a 62.69 mi Bike Ride in Los Gatos, CA. The Bike Ride has a total ascent of 3,907.48 ft and has a maximum elevation of 2,798.56 ft. There will be checkpoints on the course with water, Gatorade, and treats, and there are public bathrooms along the route. The ride will finish on roads going through the town of Los Gatos.
Riders should plan on finishing the 100K in at most 5.5 hours. This is approximately a 11 mile per hour pace. The last checkpoint closes at noon. Slower paced riders should start at 7 AM.

40K Ride
Start Time: 9:00 AM — 10:00 AM
Course Description: This is a beautiful course that goes around scenic Stevens Creek Reservoir. There is one tough ¾ mile climb and 3-4 short climbs.
Riders should plan on finishing the 40K in at most 3.5 hours. This is approximately a 8 mile per hour pace. Cutoff time for the Mt Eden checkpoint/aid station is noon. Slower paced riders should start at 9 AM.

Course Description: Ride, run, or walk the 5K route. A mostly flat route with a few short slopes touring East Los Gatos.

Bike Event Rules!
- All riders must wear a helmet.
- Riders must obey all traffic laws of the State of California. All roads will be open to traffic.
- Riders must check in after the ride. If you choose to abandon the ride, you must contact the race organizer John Christensen by calling (408) 858-8899.
Bike Event Recommendations
- Bring your own water bottle and food with you to help you keep going during the 100K and 40K bike events. Water, Gatorade, and snacks will be provided at checkpoints.
- Bring a tube repair kit!
- Carry a cell phone, personal identification, and some cash.
